Touring Williamsburg Virginia

Why waste valuable time aimlessly strolling the streets with a guidebook trying to figure out what the next thing to see is?

A professional and educated  tour guide can offer information that would otherwise take hours if not days to acquire. Essentially you see more in less time and are not as tired at the end of the day.

There are a few companies in Williamsburg Virginia that can offer you tours of Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown as well as Plantations.

They can design your tour to be about the civil war or the landing of Jamestown not to mention take you on a ghostly stroll though our haunted streets.

Some companies we suggest.
 Maximum Guided Tours
Colonial Connections
The Original Ghosts of Williamsburg Tour

Also, Colonial Gardens Bed & Breakfast can afford you the luxury and comfort you are looking for with a price that would surprise you! You just have to see the breakfasts!

Spring Still Hanging On...What To Do Inside in Williamsburg!

The weather is still a bit chilly and there is even a threat of snow this evening in Williamsburg, but there are still some wonderful things to do here this week.

Why not enjoy the W&M Symphony Orchestra at the Kimball Theater this Friday evening at 7 o"clock in the evening. They will be presenting Wings (1927) with live accompaniment by Christine Niehaus. When you leave the performance head on over to the Fat Canary for a glass of Wine at the bar and meet some of the locals.

If that's not enough of the arts for you for one weekend then try "An Evening of Dance" put on by the William and Mary department of Dance, theater and Speech. It will be in Phi Beta Kappa Hall on the Campus of William and Mary at 8 PM on March 23rd

Now, those are some wonderful evening events but what about during the day in Williamsburg? Well, how about the Williamsburg antique mall, or the Williamsburg Pottery and one of my favorites the Williamsburg Prime Outlets!

Some of our favorite Williamsburg places to eat? Opus 9 steak and seafood, Waypoint Seafood, Fat Canary, and of course Le Yaca!

Remember to stay here at Colonial Gardens when you are looking for upscale accommodations with an attention for detail. Romance is always in the air here.
